Would you like the opportunity to develop as a leader?
The Protégé Experience is a 12-month opportunity for people who are 30 or younger to jumpstart their leadership development. These homegrown leaders are educated, empowered and equipped to make a difference both inside and outside of Grace.
If you’re a college graduate who’s feeling called to full-time ministry and you’re looking for hands on ministry experience, we’d love to help! We’ve partnered with 12 Stone church to offer a two year residency program for budding church leaders like you. Learn more about the program here.
To apply for our residency, there are three steps:
Our Current Residents
Sarah Morton (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Sarah is learning and practicing the various roles involved in Family Ministry Small Groups alongside her coach, Sara Kauffman.
She learned about Grace from a friend who attends and was so excited to find the residency program. She is passionate about bonding with students and helping them grow.
Josh Grant (email@example.com)
Josh is responsible for coordinating Outlet, our college ministry.
As a Texas native, Josh heard about our church through the 12Stone Residency organization and moved up to Virginia. He is playing a crucial role pioneering our college ministry and we love having him!
Gabe Higgins (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Gabe is responsible for starting a high school and college ministry at our Norfolk Campus.
As a sophomore in college, Gabe was searching for a Christ-centered community when he found Grace. After attending for three years, he’s been a blessing as our first Norfolk Campus intern.
Paige Vanderhoff-Carter (email@example.com)
Paige is responsible for logistics with the Family Ministry at our Norfolk Campus.
After getting married and attending Grace for a few months, she heard about our internship program at Grace and jumped right in. She’s excited to see kids and students grow in Christ.
