12 Stone Residency Overview

If you’re a college graduate who’s feeling called to full-time ministry and you’re looking for hands on ministry experience, we’d love to help!  We’ve partnered with 12 Stone Church to offer a two year residency program for budding church leaders like you.  Learn more about the program here.

To apply for our residency, there are three steps:

  1. Fill out this questionnaire.
  2. Apply here (you’ll see an option to submit the questionnaire in the application).
  3. After reviewing your application, we’ll contact you to do an interview.

Meet our Current Residents

Sarah Morton (sarah@gracebible.church)
Sarah is learning and practicing the various roles involved in Family Ministry Small Groups alongside her coach, Sara Kauffman.

She learned about Grace from a friend who attends and was so excited to find the residency program. She is passionate about bonding with students and helping them grow.



Josh Grant (joshg@gracebible.church)
Josh is responsible for coordinating Outlet, our college ministry.

As a Texas native, Josh heard about our church through the 12Stone Residency organization and moved up to Virginia. He is playing a crucial role pioneering our college ministry and we love having him!



Gabe Higgins (gabe@gracebible.church)
Gabe is responsible for starting a high school and college ministry at our Norfolk Campus.

As a sophomore in college, Gabe was searching for a Christ-centered community when he found Grace. After attending for three years, he’s been a blessing as our first Norfolk Campus intern.



Paige Vanderhoff-Carter (paige@gracebible.church)
Paige is responsible for logistics with the Family Ministry at our Norfolk Campus.

After getting married and attending Grace for a few months, she heard about our internship program at Grace and jumped right in. She’s excited to see kids and students grow in Christ.
